About Us
Concept CAD was formed in 2005 following the withdrawal of Celestica from the UK PCB design market. Paul Butterworth and Glenn Shiels, both senior PCB design engineers at Celestica, made the decision to continue to supply quality PCB design to the UK market. Initial investment was in the Cadence Expert toolset. 2008 saw further investment as Concept CAD expanded. Significant investment in both design staff and software saw further licenses purchased. Continued investment in hardware and software ensures that the latest systems are in use.
With locations in Nottingham, Manchester and Birmingham, and provision for on site support anywhere in the UK, Concept CAD has the capacity to cope with the most demanding projects.
Engineers are available for anything from single day site visits to extended on site working.
All of our designers have over fifteen years experience in PCB design and have many years experience in dealing directly with customers. As a consequence, we can efficiently discuss and understand your design requirements.
